In a world of constant noise and endless to-do lists, participants craved space to breathe, move, and simply be.

Each morning began with energising Pilates sessions, followed by a wholesome breakfast prepared by a private chef. Days unfolded with mindful outdoor adventures – hiking through lush forests, e-MTB rides, horseback trails, or kayaking along the Semois river. Afternoons offered wellness, massages, or an extra hike or run for those wanting to push their limits. Evenings were for grounding Pilates, golden-hour aperitifs, and shared dinners that nourished both body and soul.
